History of Lou’s Cakes
Lou began her cake journey in the kitchens of the family farmhouse. She had a restaurant with her mother and they were looking for a new dessert. The Chocolate Mousse Cake was born with chocolate frosting. She found the frosting to be a bit too sweet and she began to explore whipped cream. The recipe has evolved over the years into the delicious product we know and love today. Over the years she has also added other items to her repertoire such as cream puffs and cupcakes.
